The processing time for all orders is 1-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on location.
Typical transit times are as follows:
Shipping in Canada
Local (Ottawa area) 2-4 business days.
Provincial (Ontario) 3-6 business days.
National (the rest of Canada) 4-8 business days.
Shipping to the USA: 1-2 weeks
Shipping Internationally: 7-27 estimated business days
Shipping
For orders shipping to the USA
Orders shipping to the U.S. are CUSMA-compliant and tariff-free. Canada Post is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) compliant. All duties and taxes are paid before the package enters the Canada Post network.
There *should not* be any surprise charges, and I have not encountered any yet with shipments going to U.S.-based customers, although I can not guarantee it.
For orders shipping Internationally
Buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, tariffs and taxes of any kind.
Customs
For orders shipping in Canada:
Orders containing 1-10 greeting cards or 1-3 8x10” art prints are shipped via Canada Post as Lettermail and do not include tracking. If you would like tracking for your orders, select the Tracked Shipping option upon checkout.
Orders containing 4 or more 8x10” art prints and 12x12” and 11x14” art print orders, or larger, automatically include tracked shipping.
All orders shipping to the USA or Internationally automatically include tracking. Orders will be updated with tracking information when they are prepared for shipment.
Please note that tracking can not be added to an order once it has shipped.
