Shipping Policy
All orders adhere to a 1-5 business day processing time, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.
Orders shipping within Canada are sent via Canada Post. Please keep in mind that shipping time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.
When your order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Canadian orders for 8x10’s and greeting cards will be shipped as Lettermail to save on postage costs unless otherwise specified. Canadian orders, including 11x14” and 12x12” prints, automatically include tracking.
International orders include tracked shipping, which will be provided once your order has shipped.
If your order becomes delayed or lost, I will need to file a claim. Please contact me as soon as possible.
Orders shipping to the U.S. are CUSMA-compliant and *should be tariff-free. Canada Post is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) compliant. All duties and taxes are paid before the package enters the Canada Post network.
For all other International locations, buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs charges that incur.
A few notes:
Tracking can not be added to an order once it has shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it is beyond my control. At this time, I will not be providing refunds for orders that have been shipped and are pending arrival or have a confirmed delivery.
